Handling Consumption Complaints
Very often customers complain about the consumption for which they are billed from month to month. From LUCELEC's point of view, all complaints must be resolved, either by a correction of an error or by clearly explaining the factual results of an investigation into the complaint. Quite often the reasons for a significant change in consumption are related to the customer's appliances or the quality of the electrical installation.
