St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will hold its 48th Annual Meeting of Shareholders this coming Friday, May 3, 2013.

Shareholders from Saint Lucia, the Caribbean region and the wider world are expected to attend the meeting that will be held at the CSA Centre in Sans Souci.

Items for discussion include the appointment of the Company’s Auditors and the re-election of Directors.

Shareholders will also be asked to consider and adopt the Directors Report along with the Auditor’s Report and the financial statements for the year ending 31st December 2012.

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders provides shareholders with the opportunity to seek clarification on the Company’s operations throughout the year.  These span a myriad of issues such as environmental stewardship, renewable energy initiatives and financial performance.

LUCELEC’s Annual General Meeting will be held from 5pm.
