St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) was a Diamond sponsor of the 2014 SMA Quality Assurance Awards held on Saturday March 8, 2014.

LUCELEC has supported the awards since its inception, partnering with the St. Lucia Manufacturers Association in its drive to promote quality and celebrate excellence among its members.

LUCELEC sees the manufacturing sector as critical to stimulating activity within the local economy.  According to the power company’s Corporate Communications Manager, Roger Joseph, LUCELEC appreciates the need for quality as a company that must epitomise operational excellence to ensure its customers, like those in the manufacturing sector, can have a reliable electricity supply.
