Four Recognized as LUCELEC Employees of the Third Quarter

Congratulations to the St Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) Employees of the Third Quarter 2013 – Donna Emmanuel, Sabina Mitchel, Darnell Louis and Darton Charles.

The four LUCELEC Employees were recognized at a brief ceremony held on Tuesday November 12, 2013 at the Cul-de-Sac compound.

Ms Emmanuel is a member of the Planning Department, Ms Mitchell works in Customer Service at Sans Souci, Mr Louis is a member of the Generation Department and Darton Charles is employed in the System Control Department.

Three of the employees were present at the ceremony which was attended by their respective Supervisors, Department Heads and Business Development Manager Mr Victor Emmanuel who presented them with their awards.

For being recognized as the LUCELEC Employee of the Quarter, each recipient receives a monetary prize and a plaque as well as the opportunity to be chosen as the 2013 Employee of the Year. The highly coveted award is presented at the annual Staff Appreciation Awards.

The four employees were recognized for their excellent contributions to their respective departments during the period July 1 to September 30, 2013.

The Employee of the Quarter award is one of the ways LUCELEC recognises and rewards its Grade 1 employees for excellent work.
