HOW TO CONTACT LUCELEC TO REPORT A FAULT

In severe weather such as a hurricane with strong winds and lightning, power outages are likely.  LUCELEC reminds customers in the north (from Cap Estate to Dennery) to call 452-2165 and customers in South, 454-6617, to report outages, downed power lines and other faults.   Please provide your name, telephone number and precise address, as well as the location of the fault.  If the electricity pole nearest you has a number on it, please provide that number as well.
