LUCELEC Honours its Staff This Weekend

The Saint Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will host its annual Staff Appreciation Night on Saturday, February 4, at the Gaiety on Rodney Bay.  

Eighty-five (85) awards will be handed out.  Among those are awards for Employee of the Year, Contractor of the Year, Supervisor of the Year and Manager of the Year.  Employees will also be recognized for perfect attendance, long service, and special contributions during the year.

According to LUCELEC’s Human Resources Manager Nicole DuBoulay, the Staff Appreciation Night is just one of the ways that the Company recognizes the contributions of employees.

“Staff Appreciation Night is a big night for us.  We put a lot of effort into trying to make the night really special for employees.  The staff work extremely hard to achieve targets that have been set and the Company is pleased to celebrate the employees whose dedication, commitment, effort and achievement continue to rise above expectations,” she added.

The theme for the night is “Getting to Know the Faces that Power the Nation”.
