The St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) received a call at approximately 7:23 a.m. indicating that an individual appears to have sustained an electric shock near a utility pole.

Additionally, customers may experience service delays with the online processing of service requests and transactions. This is due to the absence of a number of key team members.
