LUCELEC Annual Meeting Of Shareholders On For November 2

Castries, October 29, 2020 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will hold its 55^th Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Finance Administrative Centre on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 5.30 p.m. The AGM is traditionally held annually in May but was delayed due to COVID-19.

All COVID-19 protocols for such events will be in place for the meeting. To ensure shareholders are familiar with these, a COVID-19 protocols booklet was included in the information package the Company provides ahead of the AGM.

All holders of ordinary shares are invited to attend the Meeting, but with the caveat that limits on the number of persons participating in a such an event will be observed.  

Prior to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, a Special Meeting of shareholders will be held at the same venue starting at 5 p.m. The same protocols will apply.

A shareholder who must appoint a proxy to attend either of these meetings and vote on their behalf must deposit the instrument appointing a proxy to the Company Secretary at LUCELEC’s registered office in Sans Souci, no later than 4.00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2020.
