Castries, October 29, 2020 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will hold its 55^th Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Finance Administrative Centre on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 5.30 p.m. The AGM is traditionally held annually in May but was delayed due to COVID-19.

All COVID-19 protocols for such events will be in place for the meeting. To ensure shareholders are familiar with these, a COVID-19 protocols booklet was included in the information package the Company provides ahead of the AGM.

Shareholders of the St Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) have been invited to attend an information session to be held this coming Saturday February 6 at the CSA Centre at Sans Souci.

During the session, a number of amendments that have been made to the company’s By Law (rules shareholders established for the organization to regulate itself) will be explained to shareholders who will be asked to provide feedback on these changes.

Shareholders of the St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will receive a dividend payment of seventy cents (EC$0.70) for every share of LUCELEC stock they own. The amount represents the disbursement from the electricity company for the financial year that ended on December 31, 2013.
