Castries, April 13, 2026 – St.  Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) continues the phased relocation of utility poles and related electrical infrastructure along Norbert Road. This follows ongoing discussions on the scope of the poles to be relocated between the company, officials within the Ministry of Infrastructure and the project contractor.

In the first phase, 17 utility poles and accompanying infrastructure including cables and transformers are to be relocated.
