Thirty-one year old Quintin Son may not fit the profile of your average intern. One of forty-one (41) interns chosen for the St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) Summer Employment Programme, Son is working in the LUCELEC Generation Department.

Twenty-nine (29) students were selected for the 2014 St Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) Summer Employment Programme. Beginning in the early 1980s, the programme facilitates internships for students on summer vacation from secondary schools, the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, as well as provides employment for students on vacation from university.
