LUCELEC To Undertake Electricity Infrastructure Improvements at Carellie

Some Inconvenience to Road Users Expected

Castries, March 12, 2021 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will be replacing a section of its 66-thousand-volt (kV) underground cable at Carellie beginning on Monday, March 15. The work will involve excavation works along the side of the Carellie road from the junction of the Morne du Don/Balata gap towards the Chase Gardens Court.  The work is expected to be completed within approximately three weeks.
