Castries, October 29, 2020 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) will hold its 55^th Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Finance Administrative Centre on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 5.30 p.m. The AGM is traditionally held annually in May but was delayed due to COVID-19.

All COVID-19 protocols for such events will be in place for the meeting. To ensure shareholders are familiar with these, a COVID-19 protocols booklet was included in the information package the Company provides ahead of the AGM.

Castries, October 21, 2020 – The St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) scholarship programme now stands twenty-five (25) students strong. Offered to children of employees who are successful at the Common Entrance exam, the scholarship covers all educational costs for students entering secondary school and exiting the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. That includes the cost of approved text books, stationery supplies, a uniform allowance, school bag, school/facilities fees and one time CXC fees and Cambridge exams.

Castries, October 14, 2020 – The Government of Saint Lucia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) that will provide assistance to qualifying households in the form of electricity bill credits. The initiative known as the Electricity Assistance Programme (EAP) is one of the recovery and resilience strategies of the Government of Saint Lucia's national response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
