LUCELEC Sun Power Exceeds Expectations

Castries, August 14, 2019 – A major part of LUCELEC’s (St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited) strategy to 2020 and beyond is transitioning towards adding renewable energy to our mix of generation. The Company took a major step in that direction when, on April 9 last year, its 3-megawatt (MW) solar farm in Vieux-Fort came on line.

LUCELEC SANS SOUCI OFFICE CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE

Castries, January 30, 2019 – The St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) Customer Service office at Sans Souci closed on Friday, July 26, 2019 and will remain so until further notice.

The closure is to facilitate remedial work to address air quality issues in the building to ensure customers and staff can use the building safely and comfortably. The closure of the Sans Souci office will not affect the quality and reliability of the electricity supply.

Just Over 50 LUCELEC Employees Recognized

Castries, May 29, 2019 – It was a day of celebration for all employees, especially the fifty-four (54) recognized by the St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) for 2018 achievements.
