Castries, December 27, 2013 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) is pleased to advise that as of 7 p.m. yesterday evening (December 26), power was restored to all customers with the following exceptions:

Castries, December 26, 2013 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) is continuing work in a few small areas that remain without power from the heavy rains and severe lighting of Christmas Eve.

Most of these areas are in the south of the island and include Daban, La Maze and Au Park which are all supplied from the Saltibus Line (Choiseul), Vivancelle (a small area in Belle Vue, Vieux Fort), Valier (a small area in Banse, Laborie) and Roblot (Choiseul).

Castries, December 25, 2013 – As at 5:30 p.m. power had been restored to nearly all areas that had been affected by outages resulting from the heavy rains and severe lightning of yesterday and last night.
