Castries, December 19, 2024 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) has officially launched its electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, a significant step in the country’s movement to a sustainable energy sector. The new EV chargers are strategically installed across the island to support and encourage the adoption of electric vehicles in Saint Lucia and are live and ready for use.

Castries, November 13, 2024 – An African Proverb says, “To go fast, go alone. To go far, go together” - a fitting way to encapsulate a tree planting initiative between the St Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) the Ministry of Agriculture, Caribbean Youth Environment Network (CYEN) and the Academy Adventure Plus Environmental Club of the Saint Lucia Sports Academy.

Castries, December 27, 2023 – The day dawned grey and overcast. Having already once postponed the intercoastal cleanup, the volunteers from the St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) were determined that rain or shine, the activity would take place that Saturday in November on Portwee Beach in Mon Repos.
