The St Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) is making it easier for customers to know their bill balance.  The power company has re-instated its electronic bill balance inquiry service after a recent upgrade.

Accessible by telephone at any time, day or night, the electronic bill balance inquiry service can be used by customers in two ways.

The Senior Caribbean Table Tennis Championships currently underway at the Beausejour Indoor Facility is one of two major table tennis tournaments that have received support from St Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC). The other is the OECS Table Tennis Championships which was held here from August 24-25, 2013.

Just ahead of the two events LUCELEC presented the National Table Tennis Association with a sponsorship cheque of $10,000 towards its hosting of both tournaments.

Ravindra Mangar is a young man on a Science and Technology mission. Thus far, LUCELEC has accompanied him on that journey. The top Saint Lucian performer in the 2013 CSEC exams, a sixteen year old from Augier in Vieux-Fort attained fifteen subject passes; twelve Grade Ones, including ten distinctions and three Grade Two’s in the May/June 2013 exams.
