Castries, November 9, 2023 – “LUCELEC Cares for a Cure” was the theme of the St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) Breast Cancer Awareness campaign in October. It included longstanding support of awareness efforts, fundraising events and employee driven initiatives.

Castries, November 07, 2023 – St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) confirms it received a copy of the notice from the National Workers Union to the Labour Minister dated October 18, 2023 advising of the intention of its Grade 4 to 9 employees who are members of the Union to carry out strike action from 8:00 a.m. on November 17.

Castries, October 26, 2023 – The challenge from the Monsignor Patrick Anthony Folk Research Centre (FRC) was to support Fèsten Jwé – a gathering of youth, families and communities that fosters recreation and joy as part of observances for Mwa Éwitaj Kwéyòl (Creole Heritage Month). The St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) accepted and agreed to team up with the FRC as its presenting sponsor.
