Following investigations, power restoration commenced at 9:48 a.m. with supply progressively returning across the island.  Restoration was completed at 10:52 a.m.

Castries, June 11, 2026St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) advises customers that from Monday, June 15 to Friday, June 26, the company will complete its island-wide meter replacement campaign targeting meters that are 15 years and older.

This final phase concludes a project initiated in 2025 and forms part of LUCELEC’s ongoing investment in maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient electricity service.
